1 chicken breast 

3 tablespoons of oil 

160g of rice (any kind, white or brown) 

1 sachet of itsu miso (original or vegetarian) 

1 packet of itsu pumpkins on parade (or other pumpkin seeds)

Green vegetables of choice (we recommend tender stem broccoli and green beans)




Boil water and cook the rice according to instructions 

Heat a large frying pan or wok with oil 

Stir fry the chicken for 8 minutes until cooked

Set aside and shred into small pieces with a fork 

Stir fry the vegetables until tender 

Drain the rice and add the rice and chicken back into the pan

Add the sachet of itsu miso and gently fry everything for 1 minute

Add 1 large mug of boiling water and simmer gently for 5 minutes

To serve, pour into a large bowl and sprinkle with itsu pumpkins of parade
