itsu prawn crackers

3 gloves of garlic 

2 red chillis

125ml white wine vinegar

125g sugar

2 teaspoons salt 

1tbs corn flour 



Peel and chop the garlic 

Roughly chop the chilli's 

Mix in a food processor with the vinegar, salt and 180ml water 

Transfer to a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to the boil 

Simmer for 10 minutes

Mix the corn flour and 30ml of water into a paste and add to the mixture

Simmer for 10 more minutes

Leave the sweet chilli dip to cool, open the prawn crackers and dip away!
