Main | serves 2 | prep time 5 mins | cook time 15 minutes




4 slices of pork belly 

4 tablespoons of itsu teriyaki sauce

1 packet of pak choi (or any vegetables of your choice) 

2 tablespoons olive oil 




Heat a frying pan with the olive oil

Place the pork bellies and cook for 4-5 minutes each side 

Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for a further 1 minute

Place the pork belly on 2 plates. Separate the pak choi into leaves and lightly fry in the same saucepan for 2 minutes

To serve place the pak choi around the pork and pour the remaining sauce from the saucepan over the plate
