Breakfast, starter or side | serves 2 | prep time 5 mins




1 avocado

1 cherry tomato 

1/2 sachet of itsu miso 

2 slices of bread (any bread works but sourdough or rye bread are particularly delicious) 

Salt and pepper 




Mix the miso with a teaspoon of olive oil

Lightly toast the bread. Spread the miso oil onto the toast

Mash the avocado and spread onto the toast

Season to taste

Place the cherry tomato on the avocado to serve
