1 sachet of itsu miso

200ml of double cream         

100ml of milk

2-3 rashers of bacon

half an onion

4-5 small mushrooms

A handful of spinach leaves

1 clove of garlic

2 table spoons of white wine

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Tagliatelle or any pasta of your choice




Slice the onions, mushrooms and spinach leaves

Cook the pasta in a saucepan with a pinch of salt

Crush the garlic and fry on a low heat until golden

Slice the bacon rashers, add to the garlic and cook for 3 minutes

Add the sliced vegetables and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown

Add the white wine, miso and milk and stir on a low heat

After 5 minutes, turn the heat off. Add the cream to the mixture and stir thoroughly

Combine the sauce mixture and the pasta

Season to taste and enjoy!
