1 sachet of itsu miso

1 garlic clove

30g of butter or olive oil

Half a white baguette

Black pepper




Heat the oven to 200C

Crush the garlic and mix with the butter and miso

Put in the microwave for 20 seconds to make the butter softer (if you use olive oil, you don’t need to put it in the microwave)

Slice the baguette vertically or horizontally according to preference

Spread the miso butter mixture on to the bread

Sprinkle with black pepper

Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
