Any vegetables you have in your fridge

We recommend:

¼ cabbage

½ onion

1 pepper

½ packet of bean sprouts

2 tablespoons of itsu hoisin sauce

Salt and pepper




Chop the veg into small pieces

Stir-fry on a medium heat for 10 minutes

Add itsu hoisin sauce and mix well

To make into a main meal, serve with itsu grilled pork with miso sauce, itsu baked miso fish or itsu lamb chops with honey miso glaze
