1 onion

1 chicken stock cube

1 sachet of itsu miso

2 slices of French baguette

2 table spoon of grated cheddar

Salt and pepper

Olive oil




Heat the oven to 180 degrees

Finely slice the onion in a large saucepan and slowly fry with a little olive oil until golden brown

Add 500ml of boiling water, the itsu miso sachet and chicken stock cube. Season to taste

Pour the soup into oven proof bowls

Lightly toast 4 slices of baguette and top with the grated cheese

Place baguette in the soup and put the bowls in the oven until the cheese melts

Take out of the oven and enjoy!
