Ingredients: 

 

2 large baking potatoes

1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

1 sachet of itsu miso

Salt and pepper 

1 tablespoon of olive oil 

Rosemary 

 

Method: 

 

Thinly slice potatoes. Place on a microwavable dish and microwave for 2 minutes or until cooked

Mix the cheese, miso, salt and pepper and spread over the potatoes

Heat a frying pan with the olive oil and lightly fry the potatoes for 2 mins or until golden brown. Turn over and repeat on the other side

Layer the potatoes into a dish and serve with rosemary
