Ingredients: 

 

6 Lamb chops

2 sachets of itsu miso

4 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of white wine

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Rosemary

 

Method:

 

Rub salt and pepper into the lamb chop

Heat frying pan with olive oil

Cook the lamb chops on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown

Whilst cooking, mix the miso, white wine and honey

Pour over the lamb chops in the frying pan and cook for a further 2 minutes until slightly caramelised

Sprinkle with rosemary to serve
