Ingredients:

 

2 pork chops (cut into 1″ slices – no bone)

2 sachets of itsu miso

1 crushed garlic clove

1 chopped spring onion

2 tsp soy sauce

2 tsp sugar

2 tsp mirin (or 1tsp white wine + 1ts sugar instead)

1 tbsp sesame oil

 

Method:

 

Mix all the ingredients together in small bowl then quickly marinate the pork for 8 minutes and set aside

Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan

Place the pork in the pan and pour over the marinade

Cook for 5-6 minutes, until nicely caramelised

Serve with white rice and green beans
